At CANcare (Coaches), we believe that everyone deserves compassionate, expert-driven guidance throughout their cancer journey. Our mission is to create a community of support, where patients receive fact-based, positive, uplifting, and empowering guidance from AI-powered CANcare (Coaches), built upon the collective knowledge of the world’s top medical and wellness professionals.
This isn’t about replacing human expertise—it’s about enhancing and amplifying it. With qualified and curated experts’ involvement, we ensure that every patient receives reliable, verified, and actionable support from a trusted network of professionals—eliminating confusion and uncertainty from their path to wellness.
Navigating cancer can be overwhelming. Patients and their loved ones often struggle to find accurate, accessible, and trustworthy information to guide their treatment and lifestyle choices. The healthcare system can be fragmented, leaving patients feeling lost between specialists, medical jargon, and conflicting opinions. Additionally, vital non-medical support—such as financial resources, mental health planning, personal trainers, social workers, and personalized nutritional care—remains difficult to access.
CANcare is here to bridge that gap, providing a centralized, expert-verified resource that delivers real-time, factual, and positive guidance tailored to each patient’s needs from across multiple channels of resources, including oncologists, doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals.
We are building the world’s most comprehensive AI-powered cancer support system—one that learns from experts to deliver timely, fact-based, and uplifting guidance tailored to what we know about the patient, ensuring unique and patient-focused information.
🔹 Clinicians & Researchers: Share expertise and the latest clinical insights to ensure our AI delivers accurate, ethical, and evidence-based support.
🔹 Doctors, Nurses, and Allied Health Professionals: Help structure clear, actionable guidance so no patient feels lost or unsupported.
🔹 Dietitians, Physios, Personal Trainers, Social Workers, and Financial Advisors: Offer a holistic, patient-centered approach to health, healing, and well-being.
🔹 NDIS & Government Advisors: Ensure patients have access to financial assistance, legal protections, and support services tailored to their situation.
🔹 CANcare (Coaches & Mentors): Provide firsthand wisdom and practical, compassionate coaching to guide patients through day-to-day challenges in an accurate and positive format.
🔹 Secure Practitioner-Patient Communication: Patients and their registered practitioners, specialists, and experts can communicate via traditional channels or our encrypted messaging system.
Sometimes when a patient asks questions, it can be difficult to provide a positive response. In these circumstances, we train our AI Agents (CANcare Coaches) to acknowledge when certain queries are outside their scope. Instead, CANcare Coaches direct the patient to the appropriate practitioners who are best suited to provide the necessary guidance. CANcare also notifies the relevant practitioner of the patient’s request and can assist in scheduling an appointment on the patient’s behalf.

NOTE: To be completely transparent, we publish quarterly reports sent to all practitioners advising of all the papers, trials and documentations that were uploaded in the last quarter and a summary of rejected data. This can also be found in our library.
If a specialist wants to add a trial that is not suitable for the platform but is being used by a patient, then they can upload and link to the specific patient and it will not be used by the Ai Agents for any other patients.
